Great & friendly service!

Schnitzel was kind of cold. Woke up in the middle of the night to vomit and likely got food poisoning here. Manager(dude with blonde hairwas extremely rude as well. Very disappointing because Ive eaten here in the passed. Must be new ownership or something.

Our first time here and we brought friends from out of country, all of us enjoyed this place! The beer, sausage, schnitzel with mushrooms, and apple strudel were exactly what we were looking for. The atmosphere and service were great as well!

Service was sassy but friendly. Food was decent. Price was okay. Kinda small and crowded. Our table was also oddly shaped which didnt favor chatting.

At last I found a good “Bürgerlich “ restaurant right in the heart of Wiesbaden! The service here is very nice and service with a smile because of Coronavirus the menu is a bit smaller but still very good and I can tell you I can’t wait for them to bring back their full menu. I had an onion schnitzel which was perfect you’ll have to travel a lot to find a better dish! Enjoy with one of the many different beer’s or Apfel Wein 🍷 enjoy!

Great little out of the way place with the tastiest Diebels beer! Not a big menu, but its all good, wait staff is friendly.

We walked in and asked for a table; the bartender said “we are full” when the restaurant was half empty, and there were clearly available seats. Clearly our money wasn’t good enough for them. Xenophobic staff.

Wonderful German restaurant.German food with ample portions. And good beer. Not overcrowded, can enjoy a relaxed evening.

Terrible service- the personnel has a very strong xenophopic attitude towards those who are not locals, and theres clearly an issue with the management too, as they do not even bother to deal with customer complaints. Not recommended!

Worst restaurant experience of my life. Waitress brought another customers meal for us. Which was not a big problem. We are humans, we make mistakes. But a sorry would have been nice. Instead we got attitude when they found out that theyve made a mistake. That persisted for our whole stay.Very unprofessional waiting.But I cannot deny that the food was delicious.

Nice spot to sit outside and enjoy the people passing. Sitting at an outside table it may take a while until you get servered. At the same time you want get pushed out after you finish your meal or drink. For me the food is mǎmǎhūhū.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They gave us some good suggestions on what to try from the menu. The food was excellent. We will definitely be returning.

Nice pub-like restaurant with very German dishes and big portions. Often crowded in evenings so table reservation could be a good idea.

Nice place near to a natural warm water fountain. Took a traditional lunch there and it was fantastic. Interior is rusic and fits perfectly. The stuff is friendly and even made special changes to the meal after requested. Try the local beer I liked it.

Just saw the recent pics, loved this place 91/92. Weekend atmosphere is awesome! They must have switched from Becks to Bitburger! Still authentic looking in every way. I will be back one day!

Great quiet place to have a drink and a good meal. The staff may not be fluent in English, but they are very well versed in kindness and courtesy. Not a huge expat locale, which is a compliment to the place. Its nice to not be surrounded by loud Americans and Brits. A hidden treasure. Also, not a smoking bar!

Really good food. I had the vienna style schnitzel and my mom had the shrimp salad which was excellent. We can get by on our German, but for you folks that are wanting to avoid a language gap, this is the place.

Pork loin was a great dish. One person in our party had a schnitzel, looked amazing. Great thin cut fries. Staff was friendly.

Excellent food in a wonderful setting. Situated on a pedestrian street with outdoor seating. We ordered the specials of the day and were very happy with the choices.

Great food at reasonable price. The bar seating area is spacious, which is nice compared to the usual cramped spaces Ive seen in Wiesbaden.

Visited April 2013. The Spargel is excellent in season!! Enjoyed a great jagerschnitzel, apple wine and topped it off with a great hefeweizen! One of my top three restaurants in Wiesbaden. Nice to visit the therme for an hour then get a meal here. Wunderbar!!
